Keijzer & Cie advocaten is an independent niche law firm.

We have gained our experience both in international legal practice and in senior management roles at financial institutions. That combination means we know the ins and outs of the profession, and it enables us to advise companies, pension funds and financial institutions effectively and to give them excellent legal support. Marc Keijzer

Lawyer

Marc has extensive experience in financial and corporate law. After completing his degree in Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam in 1997, he worked as an attorney at firms including Allen & Overy and at various financial institutions. Marc assists companies, financial institutions and pension funds with (international) transactions.

Marc gets straight to the heart of the matter, is an excellent negotiator and can explain complex legal issues in simple terms. In addition to being a lawyer, Marc is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (non-practising).

Nicole Batist

Nicole Batist

Strategic advisor

Nicole is a specialist in financial and corporate law. She began her career in 1998 as an attorney at Allen & Overy. She then served as Director of Legal Affairs at the merchant bank Kempen & Co N.V., where she headed the legal department. She was a member of the securities law working group of the Dutch Banking Association (NVB) and chair of the EMIR expert pool within DACSI.

She has built a reputation as an outstanding practitioner in cross-border financial transactions. She is committed to helping clients achieve their business objectives, understands their needs and takes a pragmatic approach. Nicole is admitted to the Dutch Bar.
